JOHN DRAKOS | DIRECTOR AND SOLICITOR
As the founder of JDS Lawyers, John Drakos has over 30 years' experience operating within the Queensland legal profession. John was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1991 and as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia in 1992. John finds much fulfilment in empowering his clients with his broad experience across all areas of commercial, property, business law, estate planning and estate litigation, which allows him to apply a holistic approach to his clients’ legal issues.
John believes the best possible legal result is going to be achieved by providing legal advice with an understanding of how one area of the law affects and interacts with related areas of the law that play a part in the solution for the client.
John’s experience in the legal profession allows him to anticipate legal issues in advance, and to plan strategies to address issues that arise. John is renowned in the legal industry for his meticulous work ethic, and often is at his best working under very tight timeframes on both small and large scale transactions.

DANIELLE O'MALLEY | SENIOR CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL
Having worked in the legal profession for over 18 years on the Sunshine Coast, Danielle is very well known and respected in the Sunshine Coast region. Danielle practices in all aspects of conveyancing including residential, commercial, business and even retirement villages. Danielle’s greatest strength is her high level of communication skills and attention to detail. Danielle takes great pride in keeping all parties engaged throughout the conveyancing process, as she believes that customer service is significantly important in the provision of legal services.
Danielle believes that conveyancing is an enjoyable side of law, as she is working with clients during an exciting period in their lives - buying or selling a property. Danielle loves to be a part of that with the client and to help facilitate that for them with the provision of strong and effective personal service.
